Gautam Singh is the Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer at QuickPeople Private Limited, managing various lines of business-Training & Placement, Retirement Advisory, Real Estate etc.
He has over two decades of extensive experience across key verticals in India’s leading BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) brands i.e. Standard Chartered, HSBC Bank, HDFC Group etc.
Gautam has extensive experience in asset products with Standard Chartered, HSBC Bank and later worked with HDFC Pension for ‘Retirement Solutions’ in India, with a strong focus on the National Pension System (NPS).Starting from the ground up, he successfully built, spearheaded, and scaled the Corporate NPS business in East Zone and subsequently
worked in North and South Zones driving awareness, penetration, and consistent growth of Annuity and Corporate NPS business. In addition, he has effectively led large teams in the Bancassurance channel with one of the largest banking partners, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic execution, and deep understanding of business dynamics across the BFSI landscape.
Recognized for deep domain expertise, strategic leadership, and a strong network built through years of delivering value across B2B & B2C segments.
Beyond his professional achievements, he is passionate about empowering youth through employability skill development and employment opportunities, retirement planning, financial wellness, and empowering individuals through financial literacy. He has organized and led multiple engagement events aimed at building financial and retirement awareness especially among youth, working professionals and retirees.
After completing his MBA, he did his Executive General Management Program from IIM, Calcutta, and Executive Education from ISB, Hyderabad.

She has been instrumental in pushing for workspaces that are catalysts for personal growth with integrity, innovation and value at the core. She comes with a great deal of value-added knowledge and guidance in building organizations from scratch through the right hiring models. She is Post graduated from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra with an
added D.Ed Diploma.
She quit her Job to establish her own set-up into Job Placement Industry.

Reena Gupta
Reena has experience in HR and integrate HR strategy with corporate vision, engage teams, manage projects with a focus on matrix design and analytics. Within the HR department, making recommendations to improve work processes and helping to promote an atmosphere of continuous learning.
She has broad years recruitment experience into BFSI sector and recruited various levels of candidates from Banking, Insurance, Finance & Accounting background. Created a strong network of HR partners across the organization to collaboratively drive and implement HR strategies in support of the business. She has completed Post-graduate from
Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and also has undergone through training programs towards her career growth.
She decided to venture and utilizes her experience into placement industry.

Our Business Partner & National Head – HRBP, Rakesh Kumar has 15 plus years of rich experience into Banking, HR and Financial Sector with valuable brands like HDFC Bank, HDFC Life, Bajaj Life and Max Life. He managed a team of 30 members and channel staff of over 70 in Bancassurance for 10 years. Achieved many remarkable feats, during his
Bancassurance stint. He further gained wealth of experience in B2B & B2C in Insurance for 10 years and worked for 5 years in banking products. After completing his MBA, He quit his corporate job to pursue his passion in job placement industry.
He has recruitment experience in BFSI sector and recruited candidates for various levels from Insurance, Banking and Finance background. Within the HR department, has made recommendations to improve work processes and helped to promote an atmosphere of continuous learning.

His experience across these companies has strengthened his expertise in the financial services and insurance sectors, contributing to his deep industry knowledge.
